Questions and answers
The important parts, plainly stated.
PWP is still moving toward pilot availability. These answers describe the intended product model without presenting unfinished account features as live.
What is Purchase With Purpose?
Purchase With Purpose is being built to connect people, participating local service providers, and beneficiaries through completed-purchase reporting and contribution workflows.
Does PWP round up a purchase at checkout?
No. PWP is designed around reporting a completed purchase after the work happens. It is not a spare-change or checkout round-up product.
When does a contribution become final?
A reported purchase may still require provider review, payment reconciliation, allocation, and payout. The product keeps those states separate and does not describe a contribution as paid before the approved payout process records finality.
Can one person have more than one role?
Yes. One account is intended to support purchase reporting, business administration, and beneficiary administration after the setup and readiness requirements for each role are complete.
Where will PWP be available?
Availability will open market by market. The product will show when a service address is inside an active market and provide a clear interest path when it is not.
How are providers shown in the directory?
Directory results are intended to include enrolled providers that meet current participation and readiness requirements. Some business display information may be sourced from Google and must appear with the required Google attribution.
