Scope

This draft notice describes the information Purchase With Purpose expects to use for account access, role setup, provider discovery, purchase reporting, contribution tracking, support, and program operations.

Account and role information

PWP may process identity, contact, account, organization, authority, and readiness information needed to operate user, business administrator, and beneficiary administrator roles.

Purchase and contribution information

Purchase reports may include provider, service date, pre-tax amount, invoice reference, beneficiary selection, verification state, payment state, contribution state, and related operational evidence.

Location and directory information

Service-address information may be used to resolve market availability and find nearby providers. Provider display may include Google-sourced business information, which must remain within approved display and retention boundaries.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide the service, authenticate accounts, enforce role access, verify reports, process program payments and payouts, communicate status, prevent abuse, support users, and satisfy audit or legal requirements.

Review still required

Retention periods, privacy request procedures, disclosures, subprocessors, state-specific rights, and final contact language require review and approval before this notice can be treated as launch-ready.
